Feminine hygiene product donations needed

Donations for feminine hygiene products (pads, tampons) that will be made available in school restrooms are being accepted and can be dropped off at the Front Office.

NHS and GSA Clothing Drive

NHS has partnered with DeBakey's GSA Club to host a clothing drive for Tony's Place which is a drop-in center focusing on LGBTQ+ youth.

Any articles of clothing are accepted but some of the most needed items include casual pants, tennis shoes, and men's underwear. You can donate any clothing items in good condition, but any donations of undergarments must be new.

In order to receive one service project, NHS members must donate four articles of clothing. The limit is six service projects for seniors and three service projects for juniors!

Donations must be delivered to the Orchestra room in Mr. Stewart's room. After donating, NHS members must fill out the NHS sign-in sheet or they will not earn your service projects.

The clothing drive began on Tuesday, February 21st, and ends on Monday, March 6th.
